    Keith Ferguson

Keith Ferguson grew up in the small town of Cosby, Missouri. He worked on his uncles' dairy farm, and drove a milk truck for his father. After graduating from Savannah High School, Keith attended Northwest Missouri State University where he received undergraduate degrees in political science, public administration and geography. He then spent a year at Arizona State University obtaining a master's degree in geography with an emphasis on land use analysis. After speaking with a friend about law school, Keith decided to attend the University of Missouri where he obtained his law degree. He then clerked for a trial judge in Kansas City where he observed many good lawyers conduct jury trials on a variety of cases. It became obvious that a lawyer should always treat people with respect and never lose his credibility. Anxious to put those lessons to work, Keith began practicing with one of the largest law firms in St. Joseph representing people involved in all kinds of accidents. Keith eventually left that firm and struck out on his own, after which he was soon joined by his long time partner Keith Schieber.

Aside from working in the law office, Keith is on the board of trustees for the Rolling Hills Regional Library, active in local politics, and participates in youth baseball. He has been married for over 30 years to his wife Malea, and has three children, Janelle, Lauren and Connor.

Ferguson and Schieber Law Firm has litigated hundreds of cases involving people injured or killed in all sorts of accidents. They are committed to representation of clients in a personable manner and to obtaining maximum results. They would appreciate the opportunity to be of service to you.
